How to take body measurements

Take your own measurements and compare them to the size chart to find your size.

HeightStand up straight and measure the distance from the crown of your head to the sole of your foot.
Chest / BustTake the measurement over the fullest part of your chest/bust.
WaistMeasure around the narrowest part of your waistline.
HipsMeasure around the fullest part of your hips.
Torso LoopIn a loop, measure from the highest point of the shoulder, beneath the crotch and back up to the starting point.

  • Ideally you want to take off everything except your underwear to get an accurate measurement.
  • Have your arms relaxed naturally by your side.
